In case of visible damage upon delivery

To allow us to properly activate the warranty and offer you a free replacement shipment, please follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Sign with specific reservation
    Upon delivery, always sign with reservation, clearly stating the type of visible damage
    (e.g. “broken corner”, “crushed packaging”, “damaged box”).
  2. Take photographs
    Take clear and detailed photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
