Important: How to Handle Damaged Packages
All shipments are insured.
To open a claim for refund or replacement in case of damage, it is mandatory to sign with reservation upon delivery (e.g. “received with reservation for damaged packaging”).
If the package is accepted without reservation, the courier will not approve any refund.

Tracking Information
- There’s no need to contact support repeatedly to request your tracking code.
- You will receive an automatic email from MotoXPRicambi as soon as your order is shipped.
- Couriers send updates via email – please check your inbox regularly (including your Spam folder).
- For international shipments, some tracking emails may arrive in a foreign language: we recommend using online translation tools to follow your shipment independently.
Important: Opening Your Package
Our shipments are packed with the utmost care to protect all products, especially painted or fragile parts. However, part of the protection also depends on how the box is opened.
What to do upon delivery
- Open the package carefully, avoiding the use of box cutters or scissors that may damage painted parts.
- Do not pull out parts using only one hand, especially in delicate areas like the “ears” of the windscreen fairing.
- Do not force the packaging: well-protected items are often wrapped in multiple layers for safety during transport.
Why Is This Important?
- Our packaging is designed to withstand shipping conditions, but the most frequent damage occurs during careless opening.
- In some countries, a courier inspector may physically examine the package at your home. If damage caused by improper opening is found, the insurance company may reject the refund.
Final Tips
- Open your packages calmly, preferably with two people if the items are large (e.g. fairings).
- If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, always sign with reservation.

Please note we have approximately 5–6 working days from the delivery date to start the refund procedure.
