The shipping fee includes packaging costs for the purchased products, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.

Satisfaction Guaranteed – Right of Withdrawal

If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt, excluding customized orders.

Simply return the item intact, unused, and in its original packaging. We will gladly issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs and subject to the conditions outlined for custom-made products.

 Please note: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Body parts or fairings that have been mounted or installed;
• Stickers or graphic kits that have been applied or cut;
• Customized products made specifically to the customer's request.

Standard Warranty – 12 Months

At Motoxpricambi, we believe in the quality of our products and offer a 12-month free warranty on all our fairings and components.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or structural failures not caused by wear, occurring within 12 months of the purchase date.
All our products are tested with numerical control molds, minimizing the likelihood of defects.

Covered under warranty:

• Damages or issues occurring before delivery (breakage, loss, defects);
• Manufacturing defects not caused by improper use.

Not covered under warranty:

• Damages caused by improper use, negligence, modifications, or tampering;
• Products without the manufacturer’s label or identification;
• Items that have been mounted or drilled (e.g., fairings and body parts);
• Stickers or graphics that have been cut or applied.
