Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance purchase made on motoxpricambi.com, without any penalty and without having to provide a reason, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

The withdrawal must be communicated by registered letter with return receipt sent to:

Alternatively, the communication may be sent via certified email (PEC) to: [email protected], provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Painted fairings: every painted fairing is made on specific customer request, with personalized colors and finishes. These products are custom-made and cannot be resold to other customers;
• Stickers and graphic kits: produced upon order, customized and intended for a specific motorcycle make/model. They have a limited shelf life and cannot be reused;
• Racing fairings to be painted: the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• Old, rare, or special models, made or ordered specifically for the customer;
• Products not available in stock and manufactured on request.

Only unpainted racing fairings that are available in ready stock (standard and non-customized models) are eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

Return Procedure

In the case of a valid withdrawal, the customer must return the product at their own expense, in original condition, never mounted or used, and complete with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

The refund will be issued within 30 working days from the receipt of the returned item and after verifying the product’s integrity.
